As Managing Director, Advisor Support, RBC Global Asset Management (RBC GAM), Brooke
currently leads a national team of Regional Managers who support Financial Planning and
Integrated Markets roles in Canadian Banking with building investment capability and knowledge.
Her team is responsible for delivering a variety of national programs, including Staff Rallies,
Investment Excellence Workshops, and the Accelerated Investment Program, to name a few.

Embedded in her philosophy on investing is the belief that advice is invaluable. Innate behavior
biases can impact individual investors’ portfolios, often leading to short-sighted decisions. Good
advice – which comes in many forms – combats this.

Over her 10 years with RBC, Brooke has applied this philosophy across various leadership roles. She
has led a team of relationship managers to steward and grow the assets of
our Group Advantage business. She has also held a handful of roles within RBC Wealth
Management supporting advisors and investors with the knowledge they need to navigate the
noise of financial markets. Brooke is a passionate advocate for women in investing at RBC GAM to
help empower women to take control of their finances.

In her spare time, she enjoys the chaos of having a young son, big family and a busy social life.
