To sign-in as an advisor
Step 1) Go to rbcgam.com and click “Advisor sign in” located in the top right corner of your browser.
Step 2) Enter your login credentials, Business Email and Password, and click “Sign in.”
You should now be signed in and re-directed to the RBC GAM homepage.
To register as an advisor
Step 1) Click the register now button near the bottom of the sign-in module
Step 2) Enter your required details; Business Email, First name, Last name, Dealer code and click the “Sign Up” button
Step 3) Create a password, accept the terms and conditions then click “Next”
Step 4) You will need to verify your details via email or verification code:
a) Email verification can be done by clicking the verify your email button in the email you receive
You should now be registered and re-directed the RBC GAM homepage.
b) You can verify using a code by copying the 6 digits provided in the email and pasting it into the enter code box on the registration site and then clicking the verify button.
You should now be registered and re-directed the RBC GAM homepage.
Why do I need to reset my password?
We have upgraded our website infrastructure to build a better foundation to serve you and address concerns we have heard from you, including:
- You can now actively use advisor tools for 8 hours without logging in again, an upgrade from 15 minutes
- When you click on an ‘Advisor only’ documents and must log in, you will be directed to the piece you were looking for, not redirected to the homepage.

How do I reset my password?
You have two options:
- Click on the link in the email we send you on Wednesday November 1, 2023 and follow the prompts
- or -
- If the link has expired, please click here, and select ‘Forgot password’ and follow the prompts
What are the password requirements?
We recommend creating a strong password that includes a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Passwords should be at least 8 characters long and not easily guessable.
Can I use my previous password?
Yes but, we recommend creating a new, unique password that you haven't used before. Using a previous password could pose a security risk.
How often will I need to reset my password?
Every 365 days.
