Shanthu is a senior portfolio manager on the RBC North American Equities Team. He specializes in conducting fundamental research for small and mid-sized companies across all non-resource sectors. Shanthu started his career in financial services in 1997. He joined RBC GAM in 2012 with four years of experience as an assistant portfolio manager at a major Canadian bank, where he was responsible for research and analysis of small-cap Canadian stocks. Prior to that, Shanthu was an equity associate covering base metals at an investment bank. He also worked as an analyst for a large pension plan.
