Eric is Head of Human Resources at RBC GAM, and a member of the RBC GAM Leadership Committee. Eric began his career in the investment industry in 2000 when he joined Phillips, Hager & North Investment Management as manager of human resources. He successively became Human Resources Advisor and Recruiter before moving into his current role in 2009.
