In 2006, the Canadian Securities Administrators published a rule – National Instrument 81-107 – requiring all mutual funds and other investment funds to establish an independent review committee, whose role is to address potential conflicts of interest that can arise between the manager and the unitholders of the fund.

Independent Review Committee (IRC)

The IRC oversees conflict of interest matters for the funds managed by RBC Global Asset Management Inc., including the RBC Funds, Phillips, Hager & North Funds, and RBC ETFs. Learn more about members of the IRC
