What would I do if I weren’t an investment manager at RBC? I’d be an investment manager somewhere else but I’m glad that it ended up being here. |
Daniel E. Chornous Global Asset Chief Investment Officer Management Toronto, Canada |

Daniel E. Chornous |
I don’t ever think about I wish I was doing something else. This is what I’ve done for 35 years and I want to do for a while yet. And most of the people in this business, and all those who are successful in this business will have pretty much the same answer for you: “What else is there to do? This is what I want to do.” |
John Utter Global Asset Head, Institutional Client Service Management Minneapolis, U.S. |

John Utter |
If I’m not doing the Head of Client Service at RBC Global Asset Management, I’m serving clients, it’s what I believe in, it’s pretty much in my DNA. |
Judy Cotte Global Asset Vice president & Head, Corporate Governance and Management Responsible Investment Toronto, Canada |

Judy Cotte |
I can’t really imagine having a different focus on my career, so I think if I wasn’t focused on responsible investment at RBC, I would probably be at one of our clients helping them do the same. |
Mike Lee Global Asset Chief Executive Officer, President & Chief Management Investment Officer Minneapolis, U.S. |

Mike Lee |
I would hope I would be investing money, but I love the markets and managing money. The competitive aspects of trying to beat other firms, to beat our benchmarks, so, I would hope that would be what I would be doing. |
Sarah Riopelle Global Asset Vice President & Senior Portfolio Manager, Management Investment Solutions Toronto, Canada |

Sarah Riopelle |
So, I love my job. I wouldn’t be able to work as much as I do and make some of the sacrifices that I have from a family perspective if I didn't love my job. I can’t picture myself doing anything else. |
Scott Lysakowski Global Asset Head, Canadian Equity Research Management Vancouver, Canada |

Scott Lysakowski |
I can’t think of anything else. You know, I think, there’s a saying: “You find a job you love and you don't work a day in your life.” I truly believe that. |

|
Taham Mahimwalla |
I’m here for the long term. And I see a lot of people who have been here their careers, that speaks a lot about the way RBC treats its employees, the way RBC is just a place to work with. It’s a great place to work for. |
Bill Tilford Global Asset Head of Quantitative Investments Management Toronto, Canada |

Bill Tilford |
This is what I wanted to do, even as a sell-side analyst I recognized that I wanted to manage people’s money. It’s part of my raison d'etre, the passion to succeed and win and there’s nothing more gratifying quite frankly than going to see a client, be it an institutional pension plan or even a retail investor as we run ETFs now, and how happy they are with our results. And that’s incredibly motivating for me, and the passion to do that. I tell anybody in their careers that you got to find what you love, and this is what I love. |
Theresa Goldberg Global Asset Consultant Relations Manager Management Boston, U.S. |

Theresa Goldberg |
I can’t imagine not doing this, I actually love it so much, I wouldn’t want to do anything else, is that bad? |
