Doug, who joined the firm in December 2002, has more than three decades of experience in the investment industry, much of it spent providing investment management advice to both individuals and institutions. Doug has worked as an Investment Advisor and Institutional Equity Salesperson, and has spent a number of years providing portfolio management advice to RBC Dominion Securities' network of Investment Advisors. In addition to these roles, he has managed the RBC Investment's Portfolio Advisory Services group and served as Associate Director of Fundamental Equity Research at RBC Capital Markets. During his career, Doug has been a Director of RBC Dominion Securities and RBC Investments, and a Managing Director of RBC Capital Markets. He was also a member of the RBC Capital Markets Investment Strategy Committee and its Equity Selection Sub-Committee from 1994 until 2002.
