Alison is Managing Director of Strategy for RBC Global Asset Management. Based in Toronto, she works closely with the RBC GAM Leadership Committee to set and monitor RBC GAM’s strategic priorities and evaluate new growth opportunities globally. Alison is also the Chair of the Leadership Committee's Diversity & Inclusion Sub-committee aiming to accelerate change by leveraging data driven insights and transparency. Prior to joining RBC GAM in 2019, she held roles with the RBC Capital Markets Global Credit team in both Toronto and New York as well as in risk management at another large Canadian bank.

Alison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics and a Masters in Economics from Queen’s University.
