Nancy Duff Mangraviti, Managing Director

A founding member of the Infrastructure Investment Group, Nancy has more than 14 years of experience advising financial services firms on complex investment, securities, corporate and fiduciary legal matters. Most recently she led the Institutional Retirement and Philanthropic Services legal team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Prior to Bank of America, Nancy was Senior Counsel responsible for the Global Alliance division of State Street Global Advisors. Nancy’s role at Global Alliance included engaging in due diligence of investee firms, forming and structuring private investment funds and fund of funds across a broad range of alternative asset classes (private equity, hedge funds, real estate) as well engaging in new client negotiations and advising on ERISA matters.

Earlier in her career, Nancy was an associate in the corporate department of the Boston law firm of Goodwin Procter LLP, concentrating on general corporate, securities and private equity matters. She holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.A. from Tufts University. She is a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
