Investment Approach

The Infrastructure Investment Group (IIG) seeks to invest in a diversified global portfolio of:

• unlisted infrastructure funds;
• select co-investments; and
• other opportunistic investments such as secondary fund investments.

We offer a professionally managed fund of funds investment strategy that provides investors with a cost-effective, comprehensive way to invest in the infrastructure asset class that includes investment selection, ongoing analysis, reporting, partnership investment oversight and distribution management.

The Infrastructure Investment Group applies a disciplined due diligence approach. We search for exceptional investments in partnerships investing in infrastructure. We actively meet with managers, evaluate them carefully and select those opportunities we believe have the strongest potential to provide investors with a diversified and cost-effective exposure across regions, sectors and vintage years.
